Coming from Donegal, Sophy has been working as a veterinary nurse for the last two years after graduating from TUS Athlone in 2023. She joined the team in 2025 and has a particular interest in anaesthetic safety and monitoring. When not in work Sophy enjoys crochet, reading and going for walks with her dog Nala.
